Bernardos Bolah Helpline

Helpline for Adult Asylum Seekers to which offers advice, emotional support and 8 free sessions of therapy by qualified Bernardo’s therapists. The helpline also offers practical support like food vouchers and digital support. the helpline welcomes referrals and contact directly from refugees and asylum seekers. The helpline does not share information with the Home Office. The helpline is available Monday – Friday 10am – 8 pm and Saturday 10am – 3pm on 0800 1512605 or by email on bolah.helpline@bernados.org.uk . You can find out more about the service here.
